– Sea Captain’s House, located on Ocean Boulevard, opened in 1962 and is one of the area’s most famed eateries. The property backs up to the Atlantic Ocean and the views are almost as good as the complementary hush puppies guest receive. – 2nd Avenue Pier is one of the area’s newest and most spectacular oceanfront dining options. The restaurant is located on the second floor, allowing you an elevated view of the Atlantic’s pounding surf. The food is good and as an added bonus, there is an open-air bar on the third floor. 

– Located in Garden City, there may not be a better place to watch the sunset than Gulfstream Café. The elevated dining room looks westward over marshy waters and it’s stunning setting. And the food is outstanding.

– Murrells Inlet is the “Seafood Capital of South Carolina” and Drunken Jacks played no small part in helping the area earn that title. Named after a member of Blackbeard’s crew who, according to legend, was left in the area after a long night of boozing (Drunken Jack’s, get it?!), customers are served fresh, locally caught seafood while overlooking the inlet. Throw in its location along the Marshwalk and Drunken Jacks is a guaranteed winner. 

– Overlooking Murrells Inlet, Wicked Tuna quickly emerged as one of the area's most popular restaurants. The menu ranges from sushi and steak to fresh, locally caught seafood. The mahi mahi tacos, lightly fried and serverd with guacamole and a tomatillo sauce, are a personal favorite. Wicked Tuna delivers a meal you will long remember.
