There will be new options for eating, seating and shopping at this year’s ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic, set for May 8-11 at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club. General admission seating and standing room viewing will be added behind the 18^th green and there will be additional merchandise areas, including a beach-themed venue on the oceanside lawn next to the main entrance.

St. John’s University men’s golf and the Coastal Carolina women’s golf teams prevailed Wednesday as champions of the 2025 Golfweek/Stifel Spring Challenge hosted this week at True Blue Golf Club and Caledonia Golf & Fish Club.

Registration is now open for the 2025 Play Golf Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship (World Am), the world’s largest amateur golf tournament. This year, the field is limited to the first 3,000 players to register and is expected to sell out quickly. Golfers can register online at myrtlebeachworldamateur.com.

Featuring 16 players, including eight aspiring golf professionals and eight influential content creators, The Q at Myrtle Beach is an 18-hole, stroke-play competition that was played on March 3 at TPC Myrtle Beach. The winner will be revealed when the event airs on YouTube on May, 5, 2025, at noon ET.

This past week saw the Play Golf Myrtle Beach photography team complete a Central Strand trifecta.
