The Backswing: June 2020 Myrtle Beach Golf in Review
June saw many elements of the Grand Strand golf scene kick into high gear. Collegiate competitors from throughout the country teed it up at The Dye Course at Barefoot Resort for their first competition since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, junior golfers from the Palmetto State squared off in the South Carolina Golf Association Junior Championship at Tradition Golf Club, and recreational golfers from far and wide satisfied their golfing itch with a flurry of early summer rounds.
